RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Dear customer, welcome to our shop! We will provide quality after sale service for you. If you are not satisfied with our products, please contact us directly, we will seriously solve your problems and confusion. We promise “ You can return or exchange within 7 days after receiving products”.
1. Contact the customer service team to requested a return or exchange.
2. Get the return address from customer service
3. Return your item.
4. Send us your tracking information ( Tracking number and express company)
5. Once your returned goods are received by us. We will arrange the refund or exchange for you.
1. If your product is opened and unsuitable, you can return your item within 7 days for a full refund or exchange. If your product has quality problems, you can return your item within 15 days for a full refund or exchange.
2. If your product without any quality problems, you have to afford the freight when you apply for return or exchange. If your product has any quality problems, you pay the freight in advance and send us your receipt of freight. Once your returned goods are received by us, we will arrange the refund to you within 15 days.
3. You have to keep the waybill of the parcel as a certificate for return or exchange.

UNDER THE FOLLOWING SITUATION, YOU CAN NOT RETURN OR EXCHANGE:
1. If the cosmetics without any quality problems（For example, the cosmetics was damaged in the transportation）, you can not apply for return or exchange.
2. Over 7 days after receiving product, if your product without any quality problems, you can not apply for return or exchange.
